Update a project link
PATCHhttps://
Partially updates a project link's name and url: absent keys are untouched and an empty body is rejected.

- 1 unit, write bucket. A write costs the same whatever
viewyou ask for. - Also
- Accepts
If-Match. Never cached:private, no-store. Unknown body keys are refused, never dropped.
Both are checked, scope first. A token never does more than its user. How access is checked
project_id is not accepted, so a link cannot be moved between projects. The write bumps the owning project's updated_at and lands in the project's activity timeline. Send If-Match with the ETag from your last read to detect a concurrent edit, which answers 412. Every project link operation requires the projects::links permission, not the projects prefix's usual create, read, update and delete permissions.
