Create a workflow status
POSThttps://
Adds a status to a workflow and returns it with a Location header, mirroring the status list in plnnrly's workflow form.

Both are checked, scope first. A token never does more than its user. How access is checked
order is not accepted: the new status is created at position 0 and is reordered only by dragging it in plnnrly. color must be six-digit hex, because it is re-validated on every read. A new status is unreachable until you also create the transitions leading into it: a work item can only be moved along an edge the workflow publishes.
Query parameters
Unknown parameters are refused with 400, naming the parameter.
Request headers
A correlation id of your own. It is recorded in our logs next to the server's request id but never returned: the response header always carries the server's id. A value that does not match the pattern is discarded silently, never rejected.
Request body
Unknown keys are refused with 422, naming the key.
Workflow this status belongs to. A status cannot be moved to another workflow: its transitions and the work items sitting in it belong to this one.
Six-digit hex colour, e.g. #6b7280. A stored value that is not six-digit hex reads back as #6b7280, so writing this field back unchanged replaces the malformed original.

Whether a work item reaching this status counts as resolved. Drives the backlog's done state and what a completed sprint carries over.
Position within the workflow, left to right on the board; set by dragging in plnnrly and not writable. API-created statuses are created at 0 and fall back to the id tiebreaker.
