Create a workflow transition
POSThttps://
Adds a legal status move to a workflow and returns it with a Location header, mirroring the "add transition" action in plnnrly.

Idempotency-Key. Never cached:private, no-store. Unknown body keys are refused, never dropped.
Both are checked, scope first. A token never does more than its user. How access is checked
Both statuses must belong to the workflow named in workflow_id, and they must differ; a status from another workflow is refused as if it did not exist. The three ids are validated together, so an unusable workflow_id also fails both status fields. Duplicate edges are legal, exactly as they are in plnnrly. The work-item transition endpoint accepts the new move as soon as this call returns.
Query parameters
Unknown parameters are refused with 400, naming the parameter.
Request headers
A correlation id of your own. It is recorded in our logs next to the server's request id but never returned: the response header always carries the server's id. A value that does not match the pattern is discarded silently, never rejected.
Request body
Unknown keys are refused with 422, naming the key.
